Miguel and Keely Silva-Glenn have honed their industry expertise in cities throughout North America. They met and fell in love at a scratch bakery in NYC. Together they have over 20 years in the food and service industry- with experience across Mexican, American, Israeli, French, and Italian restaurants, cafes, and bakeries.
